We build custom AI solutions for businesses. What we build for you is your product, and it ships under your terms.

Your risk appetite decides the architecture, and your customer relationship decides the terms your users agree to. We advise on what each option makes possible and what it exposes — where the data goes, who can reach it, what a provider may retain, what a regulator will ask — and then you decide. We do not impose our positions on somebody else’s product.

Our own published Terms of Service and Privacy Policy govern the Graystone AI Solutions applications, including the ones we ship to app stores. We stand behind them there. They are not a template we hand to clients.
